The hotel is great, the rooms are comfy. The staff are wonderful and fabulous, managed the parking on site. As for me, the location is marvellous, by the event. A rooftop restaurant has delicious meals. When I am in Marrakesh, I like staying here...

Beautiful grounds and fine views.
The receptionist was unhelpful, dismissive of my inquiries, and made my check-in process a nightmare. The amenities promised were non-existent, and it reminded me of no one cared about providing a quality experience. I left feeling frustrated and wishing I had chosen a different hotel.

everything was beautiful, the parking was on-site, the room was well-equipped. the staff were eager to help, i have no complains at all. the location was prime for marrakesh, close to marrakech menara airport, hiking up the highest mountain in north africa and palais namaskar. i ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby. the service was very good, the food was very pleasant. the staff was extremely helpful and professional - i would use them next time.

The atmosphere at this resort is genuinely tranquil. The expansive grounds are beautifully designed, with really good decor and soothing music enhancing the ambiance. Breakfast was a standout, with fresh fruits and a variety of delicious options, while the pool loungers provided unmatched comfort. Some aspects felt overpriced, and the overall experience was marred by a lack of responsiveness from certain staff members. Improvements in service consistency could elevate the stay even further.

A serene getaway with fine design
The place has amazing gardens and peaceful vibes. My room was a Beautiful Double Room, with a private bathroom and outdoor area. Super comfy bed, fresh towels, and a nice minibar. Breakfast had freshly baked pastries and organic juices. Loved the pool area with sun loungers. Great spa facilities, including massage and hammam. Staff were attentive.

I enjoyed the fine beauty of Palais Namaskar. The grounds are immaculate with amazing gardens and tranquil water features. The staff were mostly polite and cute. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh options each morning. I appreciated my spacious Beautiful Double Room, with a comfortable bed and a lovely outdoor lounging area. The housekeeping was great too, keeping everything clean. I encountered some issues. The Wi-Fi needed improvement, as the connection was often spotty. The dining options were limited, and I found the service slow, especially during dinner. The restaurant menu felt overpriced for what was offered, lacking authentic Moroccan flavors. Although the ambiance of the restaurant was charming, it didn't make up for the slow food service experiences I faced. Despite these hiccups, the beauty of the hotel and the attentive staff were nice.
